I remember finding a chunk of wood and carving it into a fishing plug with one of my first pocket knives. As I grew older, I became more intrigued with the idea of lure making and started to follow my dad’s lead. He was constructing hand tied jigs and spinnerbaits to target bass and I was eager to learn.
