Both Robert Bacot at Kilkenny Marina (912-727-2215) in Bryan County and Raburn Goodman at Yellow Bluff (912-977-0062) each reported inshore action at an almost standstill, while those fishing the offshore reefs easily catching limits of black sea bass, yet having difficulty attracting sheepshead.
