Dick Martin: Don't let weather frustrate your ice fishing

It’s been a strange winter for ice fishing. Good ice at first and some nice catches, then thaws that made the ice thin and treacherous. Then more bitter weather and thaws again. Area anglers who like to fish for winter walleye and saugeye can feel frustrated by weather vagaries, but there’s really no need.
