ANGELS CAP — Chris Peterson of Folsom was fishing for black bass on the main body of New Melones Reservoir on January 25 when he caught and released a new lake record rainbow trout weighing 14 pounds, four ounces. The giant fish measured 27 inches in length and 21 inches in girth.
