Bear Lake is reserved for youth under 15, licensed adults fishing with a youth, or anglers with a disability who have a designated harvester companion card. Bear Lake has good ice and some big bass and hefty perch. Hatch Lake in Stevens County has a five-trout daily catch limit with no size restrictions.
