Hefner: Dec. 12. Elevation normal with water temperature at 48 degrees and clear. White crappie good on jigs and minnows at the dam in 10-20 ft. of water. White and striped (hybrid) bass fair on grubs, jigs, and lipless baits at the dam and along riprap. Channel and blue catfish fair on cut bait at the dam.
