Mini Lobster Season and Opening day behind us and Hurricanes tracking across the Atlantic makes it all clear what time of year it is, Time to go Fishing. As if it is not time to go Fishing here in Islamorada Every day, outstanding whether calm seas and a closet full of rods just begging to be bent. It is almost impossible to not take advantage to just go, so give in, the crowds are minimal and the fishing is hot, now I know I hardly every preach Tarpon this time of year but there are some being caught by those who dare to chase, Captain Chris Barron (one of our Top Guides here at World Wide Sportsman) caught three the other day locally. Now I cannot tell you that anybody can just go find any catch them, but guides like Chris who have a particular ability that seems almost (uncanny) dare to for his clients with surprising results, and believe me here at World Wide Sportsman there are numerous guides that seem Zen like at their craft. Now not to forget that even more Tarpon are being caught over at the capes and are seemingly quite cooperative. Tarpon are not the only ticket in town either. A robust Permit bite is on as well flats and shallow patch reef and bridges and the gulf are stations for a great many permit and they are seemingly cooperative as well, and the coup-de-grace , the bonefish my peep? Bonefish, right now the bones are on the flats, big gens, schoolies and everything in between plenty of opportunities abound all over town. So for those who want to go catch a grand slam, now is a good time. So weather you have your won boat and tackle or you need an extraordinary guide. Get yourself down here to World Wide Sportsman and get yourself set up for the time of your life
There are lots to do and lots to catch, and Fun to have, no matter what the weather.
